Begin by applying your favorite serum, oil, moisturizer or mask. Starting on your chin, work from the center of the face outward and upward on the cheeks, toward the collarbone and working outward toward the sides of your neck.
Roll the crystal facial roller starting from the center of your neck, upward and outward. Continue for each section of your face. You can also use this roller for targeted rolling on your eye area, forehead, nose, lips, chin and to help relieve sinus pressure and pain.
- Salt Method: Half-fill a bowl with dry salt, rock salt or Himalayan salt. Gently place your roller on top of the salt. Leave there for several hours or overnight. Wipe down only the crystal parts with a dry or lightly damp towelette and dispose of the salt.
- Soap Method: Remove the crystal heads and gently clean with a mild soap and water. Dry well before placing crystals back onto the body. Do not soak in water.
If roller begins to squeak, it is recommended that you lubricate the connector on both ends with a little vaseline.
